About Us
Our Story
Our story started in 2018 as a couple of freelancers with a modest creative studio. Our focus was on branding, graphic design, and messaging for small and medium sized businesses and local musicians. We blended our combined skills and expertise in business management, branding, marketing, design, and copywriting to offer our clients the kind of service and exceptional results we expect and appreciate.
Since then, we’ve collaborated with musicians, authors, artists, business owners, and leadership teams across industries and oceans, bringing their visions to life.
We barely survived the craziness of 2020, but we made it! We've evolved and shifted gears a bit here and there, as many businesses do. And, in 2025, rather than fear AI as it drastically changed the landscape of our industry and business worldwide, we chose to shift and grow.
We launched our AI Consulting division, partnering with the best of the best in the industry, and equipped ourselves with the knowledge we need to deliver quality results that continue to exceed our clients' expectations as they, too, face challenges of the exponential growth of AI and technology in their businesses.
This hybrid focus between strategy and creative service sets us apart from other marketing agencies and consulting firms.

Donna Marsh
Managing Director
Donna is a sharp-witted entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in marketing and operational management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and multiple certifications from Semrush, HubSpot, and Adobe. She is a certified AI Strategy Consultant with Industry Rockstar, the world's leading authority on AI in business. Her mentors have worked with some of the most well-known names in business, such as Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson, Grant Cardone, and Peter Diamandis.
An approachable leader and visionary, Donna is always up for a thought-provoking conversation and would trade small talk for exchanging big ideas any day of the week.
Miguel (Mig) Santos
Creative Director
Mig is a dynamic graphic artist with nearly 30 years of experience in design and the sign industry. His creativity extends beyond visuals. A passionate guitarist, his music career spans just as long and includes original bands, inventive cover projects, and studio work. A self-proclaimed gear junkie, he can talk endlessly about the inner workings of amplifiers.
Mig proudly represents Florida-based Blue Magic Music as a sponsored artist. Whether designing or playing music, his attention to detail is unmatched. He brings vision and precision to every project he touches with unwavering integrity, extraordinary talent, and a down-to-earth approach.
